A message from event organizer, Yufan Xu:
Thanks to our talented EPSS grad students, staff, and faculty, I am organizing a skillshare workshop this quarter, where we share and discuss technical and communication skills that could be useful for research and recreational purposes in a friendly and casual environment.
I invite you to join our weekly session at 2-2:45 pm on Fridays at Geology 1707, starting Friday, April 21st. It will be a 30 min talk from an invited speaker followed by 15 mins of Q&A and discussions. Snacks and drinks will be kindly sponsored by EPSS Family Mentorship Program (EFMP).
I have attached the schedule below. Feel free to let me know (yufanxu@g.ucla.edu) if you have any questions or want to share your skills for future sessions. This workshop is mainly oriented toward graduate students, but we also welcome undergraduates, staff, and faculty members. Hope to see you there!
